0-30
days after camp enrollment: 50% refund
(minus enrollment administration fee of $50*)
provided that cancellation in writing to amy@swooshcamps.com
is received within 30 days. No refund is
issued once camp has begun.
31-60 days after enrollment: 25%
refund (minus enrollment administration fee of $50*). Provided
cancellation in writing to amy@swooshcamps.com
is received within 60 days of enrollment . No refund is issued once camp has begun.
61+ days after camp enrollment: No refund.
*Note-
if you are using the payment plan option, your refund will also be
minus the applicable $50 administration fee/s.
Notice of Cancellation
You have the
right to cancel your camp purchase, and receive a fifty percent refund (less a enrollment
fee not to exceed $50) until: (a) the thirty-first day after you enrolled in
camp or a twenty-five percent discount from the thirty-first to the sixtieth day
since enrollment. No refunds are issued once the camp has begun. Your cancellation takes effect when you give
written Notice of Cancellation to the Director of admissions in writing via
email at: amy@swooshcamps.com or by
mail at: Swoosh Camps - 2224 Briarwood Road , Cleveland Heights, OH 44118. Any written expression that you wish not to be
bound by this agreement will serve as a Notice of Cancellation of this
agreement by the dates herein. If you mail your Notice of Cancellation to Swoosh
Camps, it becomes effective as of the postmark, if properly addressed with
proper postage. You are due a refund within 45 days after we receive a valid
Notice of Cancellation.
Cancellation Refund Example
A parent enrolls their child in an All Sports Camp and pays $160. The parent cancels within 30 days of enrolling as described above. The refund amount would be sent within 45 days to you in the amount of $110 (160.00 minus 50.00 administration fee.)
